Coldstone's Makeover

Enjoy this Coldstone's favorite with a healthy twist for 200 calories: creamy banana ice cream with chocolate peanut butter cup chunks in a waffle cone.


Ingredients:
Serves 1 (200 calories)
Directions:
  1. Blend your frozen banana in a Magic Bullet or blender until it becomes creamy as I detail in this post.
  2. Break-up your peanut butter cup into smaller pieces and fold in with your banana "ice cream" using a fork.
  3. Using an ice-cream scooper, scoop onto your cone and eat! Oh boy this went down quickly.
Toby is intrigued.
