- 2 ripe bananas
- Optional (flavorful) additions: vanilla bean, raw chocolate cacao nibs, acai berry powder to taste
- Cut bananas into small 1 inch pieces, contain, and place in freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove frozen banana slices, and place in blender. You will see the moment (after 10 seconds or so) when it becomes ice cream-y texture. Refrain from eating out of the blender if possible.
- Optional: add vanilla bean, raw cacao nibs, or acai powder to the blender for a variety of superfood healthy flavors. Oooey goooey yumminess!! Try this. You will not look back.
